Stop Snoring Solution

. Today I found out that… If snoring is a problem then view a doctor. Whilst it does cost money my brother in law recently paid £120 for a mouth brace which pulls the bottom jaw forwards slightly to open the airway an extra half cm. As such snoring has gone. There are loads of remedies for snoring which the doctor can pass on, or at least he can refer you forwards to the hospital whom will do a throat nspection and view what the problem is. Quite mainly its a flap of skin in the throat which causes it.
