Breathe Right Snore Relief
. What I found out was – If you snore that badly, you may have Obstructive Sleep Apnea. OSA is caused by the tissues in the airway collapsing when you sleep. As a result you cannot pass air as easily. Your body tries harder to suck the air in, and causes the snoring sound. Sometimes the condition can be severe enough that it actually causes you to stop breathing for a short time. These apnea episodes over the long term can cause damage to your heart because there is not a constant supply of oxygen to the body. Sounds like you probably need to have a sleep study done. Talk to your regular doctor about your concerns, and he'll probably refer you to a pulmonologist for a sleep study. If you do have OSA you might need to wear a machine called a CPAP when you sleep. This machine provides a constant low pressure to the airways to keep them open. It can be difficult to get used to at first, but most patients will say after the initial period, they've never slept better in their life. Good luck

Yes. See a doctor about Obstructive Sleep Apnea. Even if you don't think you have it, the Doc can help with this. You'll need a pulmonologist.
Have a Ears, Nose and Throat specialist check your tonsils. They may be enlarged causing your throat to be blocked during sleep. May have them removed.
