Snore Stop Spray
My boyfriend snores and I can't sleep at night. The breathe right strips don't work, and neither does the "Snore Stop" throat spray. He is a nasal snorer and I have tried different strips. I need to find something that will work to stop his snoring. Something that doesn't require surgery or having to change his lifestyle. Please help. I was so glad to find this — If he is overweight that would probably be your problem where calorie watching and exercise would be the cure
I don't have a solution to your problem. . . but I so sympathise with you. My husband snores VERY LOUDLY and I'm a light sleeper, who doesn't ever get a good night's sleep. We've tried all the off the shelf remedies, but nothing helps. I just resort to the odd jab in the ribs, and rolling him over. . . sometimes when it's too bad I sleep in my daughter's room! Good luck, and if you find something good . . . then let me know!
Don't know what will really help the snoring especially the over the counter stuff, however, U can always invest in some nice soft ear plugs or U can sleep in different rooms.
GOOD LUCK!!! :–)
I had a bad snoring problem, and the strips helped somewhat, but I lost 25 lbs and now I haven't had any recurrence. He may need to lose weight.
Most definitely have him talk to the doctor about it. Sounds like he needs to have a “sleep study” done at a sleep clinic. More than likely, he has sleep apnea. The treatment is to wear a mask attached to a CPAP machine while he sleeps. It is not that hard to get used to. Although it looks funny (and whoever cares-you're sleeping!), you feel a million times better during the day time. You have energy once again to do the things you love. Seriously, this snoring problem is robbing your boyfriend of his livelihood. He needs to notice the doctor immediately.
