Snoring Earplugs

Um my husband snores at night n I cannot fall asleep I’ve been having to sleep on the floor the past couple of nights I do wear regular earplugs but they’re no help at all I’ve even been taking sleeping pills I did purchase him the nose strips thingys for snoring n he does sleep on his side but he still snores I dont know wat to do anymoe. Basically… Just make sure you can still hear a little bit incase the fire alarm goes off…

    My husband snores too. I use the foam kind of ear plugs that you roll between your fingers to compress and then put in your ears. Once in your ears, they expand to form a tight seal. The link below is an example of what I'm talking about. You can get similar ear plugs at any drugstore. Look on the label and get the highest decibel rating you can find (a higher number means more sound blockage).

    u might want to try cotton balls with a litte baby oil on them and they might block out the sound so u can sleep. a couple of good soft pillows that u can wrap ur head around might do the trick or sleep in another room. maybe ear phones with soft music will get u to fall asleep quicker. good luck
