. Well, I have your answer right here. There is a new pillow out that works that is sold at Brookstone and online called the sona pillow. It costs about $125 and I understand it works for 90% of the snorers. The big question is does the person suffer from sleep apnea? If they gasp for breath at night or stop breathing and then start up again and are tired during the day, they should be evaluated for sleep apnea, which is a life threatening condition, as it makes the person more susceptible to heart attacks. The insurance pays for the person to have a machine that blows air into the nasal passages and they don't snore anymore. Here is a website.
