Surgery To Stop Snoring
. Essentially — They have a spray out now – I think it's called "Snore Stop". Any drug store has it – you spray it in your throat before bedtime. It really works. My husband uses it – the strips didn't work for him either.

get one of those humidifiers. or whatever. they work.
I'm a Respiratory Therapist and short of surgery there's a couple of things you can do. One he needs to have a sleep study done. He has sleep apnea and needs to be put on a C-Pap machine. If this doesn't work he may need to have minor surgery. It's called adnoidectomy. They take his adnoids out and it will get rid of the snoring and Sleep apnea. Thanks and God Bless.
