I’m not a big guy. I’m rather much in very good shape and healthy. Do not smoke and exercise regularly, but my gf complains that I sleep at night, which I never used to. It started this past couple of years and she said its getting louder. I do recognize that I am bit stuffed up int he nasal area in the morning and also a bit in the throat. So I was wonder if there was something I can do or use to help stop snoring or keep it at a minimum. I do not want my gf to lose sleep as she said it keeps her up at night. Please help. Thanks. There is always one cause of snoring or another. What you need to do If you or a
    loved one suffers from snoring problems is to try discovering what has caused the problem in the first place.

    Here are a few natural steps to take to help with your snoring;

    1. Prop your head up with lots of to stop blockage of your airways. This stops the tongue from falling behind the throat thus obstructing the
    airways.

    2. Consciously try to start breathing through your nose if you are a mouth breather.

    3. Avoid alcoholic drinks before sleeping, quit drinking or do not drink 2 or 3 hours before bedtime.

    4. Try natural snoring solutions like steam from humidifiers to limit congestion of the throat.
    Other things that have worked for a few people I know include jaw supporters or acupressure.

    Hope this helps and I wish you Good Luck. . . .
