Snoring Weight

I never use to snore, but since I've gained some "sympathy weight" since my finance's pregnancy I've started to snore. Do you know what I found? Sometimes it can cause snoring, but even kids snore too. see the link below

Yes porky. Extra flab stresses your lungs. Sleep on your back with your head and back resting on some pillows. Try a soft pillow on top of a med/firm pillow. This will help you sleep better and stop the snoring till you lose the extra pounds. Congratulations big boy!!

yes it can contribute to snoring if you gain a lot of weight sleep apnea can also develop. try to fall asleep with your mouth closed and lay on your back or just roll over whenever your fiance states you are snoring.

Yes it can. It has something to do with the extra pressure on your airways.
