Stopping Snoring
My boyfriend is a TERRIBLE snorer. We have tried the nasal strips that are supposed to help but they don't do anything. I have started going and sleeping in a different room because if I stay in the same bed I don't get any sleep. He gets upset by this even though I tell him it's the snoring, not him. Any suggestions on how we could stop his snoring would be greatly appreciated. We did try to breathe-right strips but they didn't do anything.. He snores no matter how he is lying. He's doing it right now which is why i'm on here. Thanks for the answers. Unfortunately nothing suggested has worked. I'm still finding myself moving to a different room to sleep in the middle of the night which sucks. I appreciate any answers. Well, I have your answer. He may have sleep apnea. This can be serious. Try to talk him into going to a doctor.

You didn't mention whether or not he stops breathing when he's snoring, even if it's just for a second or two, but it sounds like he might have sleep apnea. He would have to go to the doctor and have a sleep study done.
I know if my fiance starts snoring all I do is tell him to roll on his side and that stops it.

I'm going through the same thing with my fiance, I'm pregnant so I need my sleep. I tried everything, I think he has sleep apnea . I'm begging him to g• see a doctor.

try using two pillows stacked together making his head higher than his body. it works for me

If you look at my question- I asked the same thing. My hubby and I have tried EVERYTHING. I don't have the answer yet. We are supposed to be honeymooners too. I am so depressed about it. Have you had any answers that have hel;ped yet?
