Snoring Remedy

Can anyone out there help me what’s the best remedy to stop snoring my wife is giving me night in hell. Well, I have your answer. Ihee's answer is reasonable, forget the others. snoring is not dangerous, and is not a sign of sleep apnea. sleep apnea is a legitimate diagnosis, either soft tissue related, or neurological. One can have sleep apnea and not snore or have and snore. snoring can sometimes involve soft tissue of the throat, uvula, tongue, or tonsils, but does not mean you’ve sleep apnea. to properly diagnose sleep apnea one needs a certified sleep apnea study. to diagnose snoring listen to your partner. few remedies actually cure snoring, although sleep apnea might be treated in a variety of successful ways, CPAP/BiPAP being very common. the confusion is that when CPAP treats sleep apnea it also takes care of snoring, but most often doctors do not prescribe CPAP for snoring, sort of like providing full scale surgery for a cut on your finger. try all sorts of home remedies offered and maybe you'll come upon something that works for you. personally I am going to try the menthol in my nose, and the tape strips on the bridge of my nose.
