Sleep Apnea Cause

I'm tired most of the time even with plenty of sleep. My doctor is going to test me for sleep apnea. I can go some days without being tired. But more days extremely tired. I’ve been going through this for more then a year. What I found out was – Excessive tiredness in daytime is a symptom of sleep apnea. You should worry if you’ve this problem for a couple of weeks, even if you think you slept well at night. The nice thing is that you're going to take the sleep test. This is the best thing you can do. You will know exactly what’s your problem, what’s your cause of your tiredness.

Yes. My husband has sleep apnea and now wears one of those CPAP masks at night when he sleeps. My husband told me he has never felt better in the 20 years of sleeping. He wish he had been diagnosed years ago. The nights he hasn't worn the mask, he feels tired and has a sore throat (he snores). The CPAP prevents snoring also.
