Cause Of Snoring
I dont drink typically but when I do for instance if I drink heavily (6-pack or more) I notice that I snore. . Sometimes loud enough to wake myself up. And sometimes my girlfriend says I stop breathing momentarily… . I’m a pretty healthy 28yr old guy, but does too much beer cause snoring/ sleep apneia? (<–spelling?) thanks. From what I can tell… Yup. My husband sounds like a truck after he's had a big night.
