Anti Snoring Devices

My boyfriend snores and very hard. I tried earplugs, but it hurt my ears after a couple of hours, said he went to look for earplugs that are tailored to my ears cus he wants me to sleep in the same bed. . I feel frustrated cus I need my sleep and that seems to put the responsibility for fixing this situation myself. . Any advice. Today I learned … Sleep in another room. . You should be doing anyway if they are not married. .

Drinking a spoonful of olive oil before bed works because it lubricates the throat. I use it all the time since I snore louder than a navy horn and the oil is great for the heart.
